You will work on cutting-edge projects in content extraction, mapping, multilingual language understanding, and data analysis. We’re looking for a Research Engineer to join our dynamic team! Location: Gurgaon Type: Full-time Department: R&D/ Engineering Responsibilities: Develop and implement generative AI models for various NLP tasks, leveraging diverse data formats and sources. Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to improve the quality of AI-generated responses by incorporating relevant information retrieval techniques. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems using Generative AI. Continuously evaluate, fine-tune, and optimize AI models to ensure high performance and accuracy. Research new advancements in Generative AI, particularly in LLMs, and apply them to NLP challenges. Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding of NLP and Generative AI technologies, with hands-on experience in developing LLMs. Proven expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models for improving generative outputs. Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, etc. Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset. Excellent grasp of machine learning algorithms, especially in the NLP domain. Solid understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and statistics. Experience in deploying and optimizing AI models. Excellent programming skills in Python and knowledge of C++. Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering. At least 1 year of Post-Education experience working with LLMs and Generative AI.
