We are delighted to announce that Mr. Naveen Bhadada has joined VLPL as the Chief Finance Officer (CFO), effective February 26, 2025. Before joining us, he led Financial Accounting and Treasury at L’Oréal India. In his distinguished career, he has worked with leading corporations like Nivea India, Pidilite, PepsiCo, Colgate-Palmolive, and Bharti Airtel. As part of his new role, he will lead the Finance, Accounting, Planning, Legal, and Risk functions at VLPL. Naveen brings over 19 years of extensive experience in financial leadership, business strategy, and operational excellence. A Chartered Accountant and MBE, he has a strong track record of driving financial performance, business transformation, and strategic partnerships. He has won prestigious awards, including the CFONext100 award (2018, 2020, 2021) and the MD’s Excellence Award for driving business impact. With his expertise in financial planning, treasury, and business strategy, we are confident that Naveen will be instrumental in driving VLPL’s growth and financial excellence.
