Common Mistakes by Hospital Electrical Teams Have Your Team Done the Right Thing? Ensuring electrical safety in hospitals is paramount. One of the most critical components is the Residual Current Circuit Breaker (RCCB) with 30mA sensitivity. RCCB Importance: RCCB with 30mA sensitivity is essential for most field distribution boards to ensure the safety of patients, bystanders, doctors, and other hospital staff. Any current above 30mA passing through the human body is dangerous and can lead to fatality. However, many hospital technicians bypass such RCCBs to avoid false tripping. This practice is highly risky and can lead to fatal accidents during electrocution. Please ensure RCCBs are available and never bypassed by your team !

Why Structured Energy Management is Essential for Factories ? In an era where sustainability and efficiency are at the forefront of industrial operations, structured energy management has become crucial for factories. The benefits of adopting a systematic approach to energy use are manifold, impacting not just the environment but also the financial health of the organization. In this blog, we could explore the importance of structured energy management, its components, and its benefits to the organisation. The Importance of Structured Energy Management Energy management in factories involves a series of coordinated activities designed to monitor, control, and improve energy use. It is not a one-time effort but a continuous process that requires commitment and collaboration across all levels of the organization. Some key reasons why structured energy management is essential for factories: Cost Reduction: Energy costs can be a significant portion of a factory's operating expenses. By systematically managing energy use, factories can identify inefficiencies and implement measures to reduce energy consumption, leading to substantial cost savings. This is particularly important in industries where profit margins are thin, and every penny saved can make a difference. Regulatory Compliance: Governments and regulatory bodies are increasingly imposing stringent energy efficiency and emission reduction standards. Structured energy management helps factories comply with these regulations, avoiding potential fines and legal issues. It also positions the organization as a responsible and sustainable entity, which can enhance its reputation and attract eco-conscious customers. Environmental Impact: Factories are often significant contributors to greenhouse gas emissions and environmental degradation. By optimizing energy use, factories can reduce their carbon footprint and contribute to global efforts to combat climate change. This not only benefits the environment but also aligns with CSR & ESG goals. Operational Efficiency: Efficient energy use translates to improved operational performance. Machinery and equipment that are well-maintained and energy-efficient operate more smoothly and with fewer breakdowns. This can lead to increased productivity, reduced downtime, and lower maintenance costs. Elements of Structured Energy Management A structured energy management program comprises several key components, each playing a vital role in achieving energy efficiency and.... to read more..https://lnkd.in/gJPqy6mq #energymanagement #energyconservation #costreduction #energyefficiency #decarbonisation Society of Energy Engineers and Managers(SEEM) Bureau of Energy Efficiency (ऊर्जा दक्षता ब्यूरो) Energy Efficiency Services Limited Energy Managers Association Harikumar Ramadas Ashok Kumar SANJEEV JAIN
