AI Workshop a Hit with Women Journalists at IWPC, New Delhi On Saturday, 7th September 2024, Svran Apeejay Journalism Foundation (SAJF) & Vjal Institute, in collaboration with the Indian Women's Press Corps (IWPC), successfully organized an engaging workshop on "The Impact of AI in Journalism" at IWPC, New Delhi. The session was led by Mr. Shrivatsa Somany, who brought his deep expertise in AI and technology to the table. The workshop saw active participation from journalists who were keen to explore how AI can reshape journalism. From content creation to data analysis, Mr. Somany covered a wide range of topics, offering practical insights and live demonstrations, including on popular tools like ChatGPT and DALL-E. The event was graced by the presence of Ms. Parul Sharma, President, IWPC, and Ms. Binny Yadav, General Secretary, IWPC, who both highlighted the importance of staying ahead in the rapidly evolving media landscape. Attendees found the session not just informative but also highly engaging, with a lively Q&A session that brought out thoughtful discussions.
