The first furnace will have an annual capacity of 150,000 tons, tailored for high-speed processing of thinner gauge strips—pushing the boundaries of efficiency. The second furnace, with a capacity of 400,000 tons, is designed to produce Structural Steel and Drawing Quality grades, meeting the stringent requirements of diverse applications. Both furnaces feature Direct Fired Sections with precise burner control technology, ensuring impeccably clean, non-oxidized strip surfaces. Additionally, they incorporate Rapid Jet Cooling Technology for advanced cooling requirements. The second furnace also boasts a specialized Slow Cooling Section, enabling superior temperature control and material properties during critical phases of production. Designed for GI, GL, and Zinc Magnesium coatings, these furnaces reflect Thermovision’s ongoing commitment to innovation and excellence in Thermal solutions for Coil Coating Lines.
