Accura Engineering are delighted to announce that we were the proud winners of Manufacturer of the Year at the Insider Media Made in the Midlands Awards last night. This prestigious award recognises the very best of British manufacturing, with the winners progressing to the finals of the Made in the UK Awards in June, showcasing Accura on a national stage. On Monday and Tuesday, Accura Engineering are attending the MACH Exhibition in force, bringing 18 staff across the two days from our machining and manufacturing engineering team. Why so many? Because as we continuously improve, we know that we need to challenge our thinking and look at the best possible ways to make products for our customers. Our engineers and machinists are on the front lines – they are the ones who will be able to identify opportunities and so they need to see the latest and greatest in the machining world. In particular, we’re going to be looking out for solutions for: 🤖 Automation 🔧 Workholding ⚙ Tooling 🖥 CAM 🔎 Inspection & Metrology Comment below if you have any recommendations for the team to look at next week! We’re also still recruiting machinists, so let me know if you’d like to meet up with some of our team at the show and find out more about working for Accura.
