TiECon Vadodara 2024 ! The opportunity to innovate for the globe—yes, innovating and preparing ourselves for new challenges and chapters. Today, I attended TiECon Vadodara 2024, presented by CHARGE ZONE. This is my second time attending, as I was also present at TiECon Vadodara 2023. Today’s event was absolutely awesome! The insights and the opportunity to understand the journey of various entrepreneurs from different industries in the fireside chat made it incredibly insightful. I will never forget this day, as I had a tremendous opportunity to connect with great entrepreneurs and brilliant minds from the industry. I’m very happy to share that I met Mr. Ankush Sabharwal, Founder & CEO of CoRover, who developed the IRCTC OFFICIAL next-generation e-ticketing system with AskDISHA 2.0. I also had a brief but meaningful interaction with Mr. Dhruv Patel, a Member of the Board of Management, KPGU, Vadodara (Official), where I shared my college journey and the progress I’ve made. Every esteemed speaker provided great moments and experiences, offering a chance to learn something new. However, I want to highlight a few specific sessions at TiECon Vadodara 2024. The masterclass by Mr. Anil Arora, Principal Solution Specialist, AI Global Black Belt, Microsoft , who discussed applying AI for startups and scaling up, was incredibly informative. I got exposed to SLMs & Auto Agents, which was truly great. In the panel discussion, I was stunned by the achievements of Prasiddhi Singh, who from the age of 5, has been committed to the cause of the environment and has planted more than 1,50,000 trees, with the count still rising. At just 11 years old, her passion for the environment and the recognition she has received, including from Hon. Prime Minister, is truly commendable. At her age, we could hardly imagine thinking in that direction, but her work is extraordinary. Last but not least, I can’t forget the wisdom shared by Mr. Srikanth Bolla. Witnessing his life story, his belief in the power of manifestation, and his mindset of "I can do this" was incredibly impactful. Despite people telling him he couldn't play cricket, swim, or achieve anything, he overcame every obstacle. He even went on to study at MIT. His story teaches me that if Mr. Bolla can do all of this, why can't we? We must strive to achieve. Two young kids, both brilliant, I stunned out by them. One is in 10th grade and already holds a patent related to rockets, while another has developed an emergency medical system that can help elderly people suffering from Parkinson’s disease. A heartfelt thank you to all the esteemed speakers who shared their journeys, experiences, and valuable insights. Kudos to the TiE Vadodara and TiECon Vadodara teams for making this event a success through their hard work and dedication! It was a great experience for me to share the stage with enthusiastic and young entrepreneurs such as Prasiddhi Singh, Raj Shah and Arth Chowdhary. I am very happy to share that I had the chance to attend TiECon Vadodara on October 5th, and it was truly an enlightening experience. The event brought together dignitaries from various fields, featuring a day packed with insightful panel discussions and engaging fireside chats. Among the highlights for me were three incredible individuals: Shradha Sharma, whose entrepreneurial journey inspired many; Prasiddhi Singh, the young environmentalist on a mission; and Srikanth Bolla who moved the audience with his powerful vision and philosophy. It was a day filled with learning and inspiration! In her fireside chat at TiECon Vadodara, Shradha Sharma shared her journey of founding "YourStory", emphasizing her vision of telling the stories of both known and unknown entrepreneurs. She revealed how she expanded to cover nearly 150,000 entrepreneurs on the platform. Her mission is to make the struggles and success stories of entrepreneurs visible to common people, highlighting that even successful entrepreneurs have faced significant challenges in their careers. Through "YourStory", she aims to inspire others by shedding light on the resilience and perseverance behind each success story. Prasiddhi Singh, is one of the youngest environmental activists in India. Inspired by her love for nature and the devastation she witnessed during Cyclone Vardah, she began her journey as an environmentalist at the age of four. She established the 'Prasiddhi Forest Foundation,' aiming to increase green cover and promote sustainable living. Despite her young age, she is committed to inspiring others to take small steps toward a more sustainable and eco-friendlier lifestyle, emphasizing that everyone can contribute to positive environmental change Shrikanth's dedication to making a difference, despite his own challenges, has become an inspiration to many. Shrikanth advocates for an inclusive society where everyone has the opportunity to realize their potential, regardless of their physical limitations. His message is clear: true vision comes from within and drives one to create impact and lead a fulfilling life. The event was a reminder that inspiration can come from all walks of life, whether it’s building a media empire, planting trees for a greener future, or redefining how we perceive limitations. Shradha, Prasiddhi, and Shrikanth each showed that true vision and courage lie in pursuing a purpose beyond oneself. Leaving TiECon Vadodara, I felt motivated and hopeful, reminded that with the right mindset, no obstacle is too great, and every dream is worth chasing.
