We celebrated the vibrant world of arts and culture at our annual fest, Rhapsody 2024, held on October 19th at Cochin Suburban Club - India. From off-stage events like drawing, photography, and extempore to on-stage performances of group songs, theme dances, and skits, the energy was electric. Our talented teams, ACDC, Metallica, Beatles, and Nirvana, gave it their all, and congratulations to Team Beatles for winning the coveted Rhapsody 2024 title! We're grateful to our esteemed judges, ABU SALAH, Nanduja Nandakumar, and Ranjith Krishna, for their valuable insights and support. Depuis vingt ans, « Les Entretiens » se déroulent en France et hors de France, dans des lieux où l’histoire humaine, sous toutes ses formes et dans toutes ses subtilités, est omniprésente. Ces lieux sont les réceptacles de moments de partage et de réflexion, qui nous permettent de nous engager pour le progrès de l’humanité. Ces moments existent grâce à la galaxie des Amis des Entretiens à travers le monde et nourrissent l’esprit des Lumières par un dialogue fructueux avec les autres civilisations. Inlassablement, la communauté des Entretiens travaille au progrès de l’humanité. Ce progrès, il faut l’accueillir et ne jamais laisser la crainte ou la haine l’asphyxier. C’est, épris de liberté et de sens, qu’il faut en accompagner le mouvement. Ce mouvement sera à Mumbai, le vendredi 18 octobre 2024, au Royal Opera House, l’un des lieux historiques les plus emblématiques de la ville. Avec ces premiers « Entretiens de Mumbai », nous ouvrons, grâce à la parfaite organisation orchestrée par la Chambre française de commerce en Inde, un nouveau chapitre de ces moments uniques de dialogue des civilisations pour le progrès de l’humanité. Nous nous projetterons en 2047, lorsque Mumbai deviendra l’une des plus grandes métropoles du monde, et nous réfléchirons ensemble à la façon dont il faut dès maintenant anticiper l’avènement de Mumbai 2047. Merci à la très belle délégation française qui a accepté de venir partager visions et réflexions. Merci aux orateurs indiens de très haut niveau de l’accueillir pour ce grand moment de partage d’intelligence et de culture en perspective.
