TGS celebrated its 25th anniversary with eminent personalities from Industry on Sep 25, 2024, in Mumbai, India. Mr. Mahesh Sivaswamy – Chairman, TGS, Ms Mala Mahesh, Mr. Murli Mahesh, and the heads of all respective verticals were present along with their team to celebrate this important milestone. Everyone enjoyed the evening with great zeal. Our Chairman raised a Toast to embark this 25-year-long journey and thanked everyone for being a part of this journey. It was in July 1999 that Mr. Mahesh Sivaswamy relocated to Singapore after gaining extensive experience in the various fields of shipping, logistics & international trading while working at his father’s office in India early in his career. Now the company provides a comprehensive network of services including Ship Owning, Ship Management, Feeder Services, Liner Shipping, Logistics & Agency Representation of major shipping lines, Inland Terminals, and Wellness Services to seafarers. Chennai boasts excellent infrastructure and has well-connected highways, railways, airports and one of India's busiest ports in India. This makes Chennai the best place for Transworld Terminals to get started with its new extended business vertical of Logistics Park. We proudly announce the commencing of the Transworld Sports Center developed and managed by M4 Foundation under Transworld Group Singapore at Mundra. Mr. Mahesh Sivaswamy, Chairman - Transworld Group Singapore (TGS) E-inaugurated the Sports Center from Mumbai. At Mundra, Mr. Anirudh Dave - Honourable MLA Mandvi and Mundra region and Mr. Sandeep Trehan did the ribbon-cutting ceremony and opened the place for local Mundra residents.  Ms. Rachana Pranav Joshi - President of Mundra-Baroi Municipality and Mr. Jitendra Malam - Vice President Municipality along with their team were also present to grace this memorable occasion. This Sports center includes an open playing area for kids with a badminton/ volleyball court providing a safe and secure location for individuals to be involved in recreational activities with their children & loved ones. TGS group always believes in sustainable growth by contributing to societal goals focusing on Healthcare, Environment Care, Social rehabilitation, and upliftment. Transworld Grace, and the association with Bai Jerabai Wadia Hospital for Children are some of the initiatives taken in the Healthcare field that are continuing to date. TGS association with the Rotary Group for the project developing 32 acres of land into the forest by planting 42000 saplings is one of its key projects to fulfill its commitment of “Nurturing the Nature”., Transworld Park at Mundra for localities, and the recently added Transworld Sports Center are some of the other projects under this umbrella.
