Managing all crew requirements of offshore vessels working mainly in India(Should be able to source NCV, coastal crew and FG crew as required). 2. Sourcing, interviewing & selecting ship personnel of all ranks. 3. Lining up crew change as per crew planner. 4. Making sure all MLC related documents in place and all rules for crewing are adhered to. 5. Managing a crewing team including sourcing, appraisal, training, documentation and statutory compliances 6. Oversea and verify SEAs and Articles. 7. Vessel budget preparation and implementation. 8. Lesioning with P&I clubs on crewing matters. 9. Vessel visits and crew issue resolutions. 10.
