Paras Nayyar joined True North as the Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer in August 2016. Over the last eight years, she has been instrumental in building the finance and governance function while institutionalising the teams and processes, enhancing peer outreach and actively participating in industry initiatives. She has been an integral part of the investor relations and fundraising team, working closely with our partnership to successfully raise the Private Equity Fund VI and Private Credit Fund I. She has further strengthened True North’s investor base by raising capital from domestic financial institutions. Apart from this, she has also overseen firm initiatives in HR, Marketing and PR. In all these roles, she has displayed passion for new initiatives, a creative approach to engagements, clarity of thought, and warmth in all her interpersonal relationships. In continuation of her pursuit for growth, Paras has found an opportunity to further expand her role and will be transitioning out of True North. At True North, we are committed to fostering a culture that values the professional development and career growth of our employees. We also believe that the success of our employees is a testament to their work experience at True North and we are honoured to have played a part in their professional journey.
