Swiggy, one of India’s largest food and grocery delivery platforms, is set to launch its Initial Public Offering (IPO) to raise ₹11,327.43 crore. The #IPO will open for subscription on November 6, 2024, and close on November 8, 2024. The price band is set between ₹371 to ₹390 per share, with a lot size of 38 shares. OHM Global Mobility, a subsidiary of Ashok Leyland, has secured an order for 500 electric buses from the Metropolitan Transport Corporation (MTC) in Chennai! This initiative marks a significant step forward in promoting sustainable public transportation. The buses will be supplied by Switch Mobility, another Ashok Leyland subsidiary, and will be operated and maintained by OHM for the next 12 years. This order includes 400 non-AC buses and 100 air-conditioned models, ensuring comfort for all passengers. To support this fleet, charging infrastructure will be developed at six key depots across Chennai. We’re excited to play a part in the city's transition to cleaner, more efficient public transport.
