Position: Team Lead - Tele-Sales
Experience: 4-5 years in leading a Tele-Sales team
Location: Kochi, Kerala
CTC: 7.2L to 8L + incentives
Job Summary:
We seek an experienced and dynamic Team Lead to oversee our Tele-Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading sales teams, achieving targets, and driving performance. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to motivate and mentor team members to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a Tele-Sales team, ensuring high performance and achievement of sales targets.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to drive revenue growth.
3. Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
4. Train and mentor team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
5. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction.
7.Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and sales metrics to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 4-5 years of experience in leading a Tele-Sales team with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
6. Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
