Field Mobilizer Mr. Satish Wadkar and District Program Coordinator Ms. Nutan successfully led a medicinal tree sapling plantation program at Jijamata Maternity Hospital, Shashrinagar, Pimpri. With the support of 12 dedicated volunteers from Northern Trust who participated in Shramdaan, the event brought together notable hospital staff, including Dr. Sunita Salve (Deputy Registrar of Births and Deaths, Sr. Medical Officer), Dr. Vikapl Bhoi (NODAL Officer), and Mrs. Manisha Magar (Agricultural Incharge), along with nine other staff members. Dr. Sunita Salve, who also serves as the Superintendent Medical Officer, commended the efforts of our clubfoot treatment program and clinic activities. On 11th October 2024, a plantation event was held at Ayush Hospital, Pune, in the presence of Dr. Yampalli (CS of Civil Hospital), Dr. Santpure (HOD of Orthopedics), Dr. Lakade from Ayush Hospital, Dr. Anil, and the Ayush Hospital staff. A total of 20 plants were planted during the event. CURE India staff members Nutan and Manisha also participated.
