About us
WinVinaya Foundation is a Charitable Trust, where we train Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) in niche and futuristic skills including IT Full Stack Software Development, SW Testing and Test Automation using Selenium, Core Banking, Financial Banking with cloud-based Financial platforms such as Tally and Zoho Books, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Power Automate, and more, for free. Key highlights of our initiatives - 1. We have trained 1000+ candidates (Persons with Disabilities, Women and Economically Weaker Section) coming from 24 states of India and Nepal, who are from 18 different disability categories. 2. We launched our Award-winning learning platform - WinVinaya Academy – the first Online Digital Learning platform designed for PWDs with courses in English Medium and Indian Sign Language Medium in April 2020. 3. WinVinaya’s EduConnect program was launched in 2021 with the objective to increase the skill level of PWD students when they are in college like many non-PwD peers. 4. We are among the very few NGOs in India (there are 30 Lakh+ NGOs in India) who provide training on Niche Skills to PWDs, focus on Innovation, invest in the entire life cycle - School/ College/ Adults looking for jobs. 5. We are the people who don’t fear to dream big and work towards bringing a systemic change in our society.

A Day of Inspiration and Impact: Wells Fargo Visits WinVinaya Foundation We were thrilled to welcome the leaders from Wells Fargo to WinVinaya Foundation for a momentous visit that highlights the power of partnership in creating a more inclusive society. Their ongoing CSR support fuels our initiatives and enables us to make a tangible difference in the lives of persons with disabilities. The day commenced with an inspiring welcome speech delivered by our candidate Balaji, who is a person in the neuro diverse spectrum. Ashwin Ganesan, our Deaf employee along with Ajith our deaf candidate beautifully introduced Indian Sign Language (ISL) to ensure inclusivity. Ashna, a person with a hearing impairment, seamlessly guided the event as the Master of Ceremonies, setting the tone for a collaborative atmosphere. We were inspired by a remarkable demonstration on how prompt engineering can help learn V-Lookup, H-Lookup in MS Excel, skillfully delivered by Kaushik, a person in the neuro diverse spectrum highlighting the boundless creativity and innovative capabilities within our community. We shared an engaging Power BI Dashboard presentation along with a video, on our partnership with Wells Fargo, showcasing how their support has played a crucial role in expanding and strengthening our programs and initiatives. The event featured an inspiring speech by Anna Bard, Head of Global Impact & Volunteer Engagement at Wells Fargo and the Wells Fargo Foundation. We were also honored to hear from Bandana Jha, Head of Philanthropy and Community Impact, Wells Fargo India and Philippines, whose insights on philanthropy and community engagement left a lasting impression on all of us. A top MNC is launching an internship-to-hiring model. Two candidates with locomotor disabilities secured finance roles at a healthcare company, and 40 candidates with hearing and speech impairments are awaiting BPO test results. Another success story includes a candidate landing an accounting role at an NGO. Kudos to our amazing candidates! 🎉 Visually Impaired Training: Path to Success 👩💻 Partnering with Help the Blind Foundation, we’re empowering visually impaired candidates with essential skills like MS Office, Internet Browsing, Soft Skills, and Prompt Engineering. Our training aims to open doors to new job opportunities. 🌐✨ Inclusive Fun with Wells Fargo 🌸🎥 On Environment Day, 26 Wells Fargo volunteers joined 16 of our candidates for a day of fun activities like flowerpot coloring and video creation. Communicating in Basic ISL, everyone felt included and appreciated. A beautiful example of community and creativity! 🤝 Comedy for a Cause 🎭❤️ Rangved Theatre's hilarious show raised funds to support our mission. Their performance and engagement with our visually impaired community were heartwarming. Thanks for the support, Rangved Theatre! 🌟 Collaborating for PwD Education 📚🤝 We’re teaming up with Maithree and Rangammal Memorial to enhance education for neurodiverse and hearing-impaired individuals. Exciting times ahead as we explore new training and teaching methods! 📈 Promoting Women’s Safety with Red Dot Foundation 🚺 We support women's safety. Red Dot Foundation trained us on women's safety and empowerment. We learned new strategies to make our workspace safe for all women. Together, we ensure safety. Green Office Practices with Saahas NGO ♻️ We aim for sustainability. Saahas NGO taught us about sustainable menstruation and green office practices. We now promote recycling, reduce waste, and encourage a sustainable lifestyle. Together, we create a greener future. 🌟 A Day of Creativity and Inclusion at Our Organization! 🌟 Yesterday was a record-breaking day at our organization! We were thrilled to welcome 26 passionate volunteers from Wells Fargo who joined us for an enriching session of volunteering activities. These activities weren't just fun, they were inclusive! From the vibrant coloring of flowerpots to the creation of themed videos, the day fostered a sense of community and creativity. What truly made this event special? The participation of 16 of our extraordinary candidates, all of whom have hearing and speech impairments. This inclusive event underscored our commitment to creating opportunities for everyone, regardless of their abilities. The session was a beautiful blend of teamwork, creativity, and mutual respect. Our volunteers went the extra mile to ensure inclusion! They communicated with the candidates in Basic Indian Sign Language (ISL), ensuring everyone felt included and understood. The results? Masterpieces and memories! The volunteers and our candidates worked hand in hand, creating colorful flowerpots and inspiring themed videos that are a testament to their combined artistic talents and the power of inclusion. We are deeply grateful! A huge thank you to the amazing volunteers from Wells Fargo. Your dedication and enthusiasm brought immense joy and made a significant impact.
