Finance All Hands 2024 – Reflect, Recognize & Recharge for 2025! What a fantastic session we had at our Finance All Hands meeting! It was an opportunity to look back on our journey in 2024, celebrate our achievements, acknowledge the areas where we could do better, and set ambitious goals for 2025. A huge round of applause to everyone who contributed to making it an insightful and engaging experience! The discussions spanned across key areas of finance. Our esteemed speakers – Pratik Ghosal, Bikash Hansia, Nikhil Agarwal, Anand Kumar Sharma, Venkatesh Palavalli, Bharat Shyamsukha, Debojit Konwar, VENUGOPAL R, and Nilatpal Chakrabarty – took us through the highlights of 2024, what didn’t work well, and the actionable steps to move forward in 2025. One of the key highlights was the Finance Survey, which offered valuable insights into how our teams perceive their work environment. The results were encouraging, with employees expressing their motivation to go the extra mile for Xiaomi, a strong sense of optimism about the department's growth, and a deep connection with Xiaomi's core values. It was inspiring to see that many team members felt their contributions were making a meaningful impact, they were well-prepared to handle challenges, decisions were made efficiently, and they had opportunities to grow and take on greater responsibilities. Additionally, the company's commitment to providing effective learning opportunities over the past six months received positive feedback. However, we also identified areas that need improvement, and an action plan was set in motion to work towards our goal of ‘1 Team, 1 Goal.’ And of course, no All Hands would be complete without recognizing our shining stars! We proudly awarded the H2 2024 Awards, with the Rising Star title going to Mansi Saraswat & Priyanshi Surana, and the prestigious Star of Excellence award presented to Pratik Bedia. Their dedication and contributions have truly set a benchmark for excellence, and we couldn’t be prouder. As we step into 2025, let’s carry forward this momentum, aim higher, and achieve even greater success together.
