The variation in concentrations, potentials and temperature can be assessed by using a fully coupled Multiscale Multiphysics model on the platform. We explore how cell designers can get insights into the vital safety aspects by performing highly complex and nonlinear simulations like crashes and internal short circuits, which can lead to thermal runaway.
