Since joining us in 2019 as Store Manager at Brigade Orion, Bengaluru, Reshma has been a powerhouse, driving record-breaking sales and leading her team through challenges with outstanding results. In 2021, she took on the management of Mantri Mall, followed by overseeing two stores in Delhi’s Lajpat Nagar in 2022. By 2023, Reshma’s success led to her promotion to Cluster Manager, overseeing multiple stores across North India. Now in 2024, Reshma leads 15 stores across Delhi and Punjab, managing a team of 42. Since joining Zivame as a Fit Advisor in May 2018, Rathna Honey M has charted an inspirational journey of growth. Right from the beginning, Rathna stood out for her exceptional and consistent performance, receiving accolades such as the All-Rounder Award and Best Employee of the Year Award along with a Pan India Performer status. Since joining Zivame in June 2019 as a Store Manager at L&T Mall, Punjagutta, Sri Nikhita KEDARI has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and vision, adding an impressive average of 9 stores per year to her repertoire. Nikhita made an immediate impact, earning the prestigious Best Store Turnaround Award in her first year. Her dedication and outstanding performance propelled her to the role of Cluster Manager in April 2021. That year, she not only won the Best Cluster Manager Award but also excelled in the ACCELERATE Program, receiving top honours. Through unwavering commitment and relentless hard work, Nikhita was promoted to Regional Sales Manager. In this role, she oversees retail operations across four states, managing 45 exclusive Zivame outlets.
