As a Social Media Executive at Wellbeing Nutrition, you will be the face and voice of our brand on Instagram. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and maintain the image of our brand, ensuring it reflects our values and engages our audience. You will be responsible for replying to Direct Messages (DMs) and comments in a timely and respectful manner, fostering a positive community around our products.
Responsibilities
Curate, plan, and post engaging content that aligns with Wellbeing Nutrition's brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
Respond promptly and courteously to all Direct Messages (DMs) and comments on our Instagram page, providing accurate information and assistance where needed.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and respectful manner, escalating issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
Engage with followers and influencers, building and nurturing relationships to grow our online community.
Ensure that all content and communication on our Instagram page aligns with Wellbeing Nutrition's core values and mission.
Monitor brand mentions and user-generated content, sharing positive stories and addressing any potential issues.
Track and analyze engagement metrics on Instagram to evaluate the effectiveness of content and strategies.
Prepare regular reports on community engagement, sentiment, and growth, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Social Media Executive, or similar role, preferably in the wellness or nutrition industry.
Strong understanding of Instagram and its various features, including posts, stories, reels, and IGTV.
Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and tone.
Ability to respond quickly and effectively to DMs and comments, maintaining a positive and respectful dialogue.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas that resonate with our audience.
Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Passion for health, wellness, and nutrition.
