Position: Trainee Application Support Engineer

Job Location: Bangalore

• Candidate should be able to technically understand the product and Provide software application support to our clients.
• Establishing the root causes of application errors, and escalating serious concerns to the backend team and get it resolved.
• Automation Testing knowledge is required(Selenium or Appium) and should be able to read and understand the error logs
• Manage the support tickets by taking ownership of the Ticketing system, do the regular followups until the resolution provided.
• Consulting with the software development team, internal users to improve application performance.
• Should be a good team player and able to work collaboratively with other support staff.
• Good written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Prior experience in support for Test solutions/platforms in mobility will be an added advantage.
• Any prior experience in support for foreign clients will be an added advantage.
