وفقاً لمذكرة التفاهم مع وزارة الأعمار والأسكان والبلديات العامة / لجنة أعداد المعيار الأخضر,تم حضور الأجتماع الذي ترأسه السيد وكيل الوزارة لشؤون الشركات/ رئيس لجنة المعيار الاخضر المهندس جابر الحساني والذي عقد بمقر الوزارة يوم الأحد الموافق ٢٠٢٤/١٠/٢٧. تم خلال الاجتماع مناقشة جملة من القضايا المتعلقة بألية أعداد المعيار الأخضر من خلال الفرق المعدة لهذا الغرض وأستعراض ما تم انجازه، وبحضور عدد من ممثلي الوزارات العراقية والمنظمات ذات العلاقة لمشاركة الخبرات والتباحث لتفعيل وزيادة الأستفادة من ممارسات الأبنية الخضراء في العراق. #Iraq #Baghdad #Climatechange #IraqGBC #Greenbuildings #Sustainability # #WorldGBC #MENAGBC

We're getting ready for the World Urban Forum (#WUF12) and you’re invited to join us. On 7 November 2024, 13:00 EET, WorldGBC and OECD Development Centre will co-host an event at this annual global conference, dedicated to sustainable urbanisation, held in Cairo, Egypt. The in person event ‘Pathways to Net Zero: System innovations for emerging urban centres and zero carbon readiness in Middle East and Africa’ will take a tour through the systemic challenges we face in urban planning across the region when it comes to achieving sustainable and resilient built environments in developing countries. عشان الكلام يبقي موزون بفضل الله ترجمت نسخه مواصفه ISO14040 Life Cycle Assessment - Principles and Framework الترجمه هدفها كسر حاجز اللغه فقط وهي ترجمه غير معتمده ولا رسمية وغير احترافية طبعا ومفتوحه للمراجعه او التعديل واوعي تعدي فصل التعرفيات زي ما كنت بعمل 😁عشان مهم جدا في المواصفه دي تبقي عارف المصطلحات كويس جدا اوعي تعدي الفصل الثالث🙏🏻 وزي ما اتفقنا من المنشور اللي فات ان دورة حياة المنتج LCA ليها اربع مراحل: 1. تحديد الهدف والنطاق Goal and Scope Definition في البداية، لازم نكون عارفين إحنا ليه بنعمل التقييم ده. إيه الهدف؟ عايزين نفهم تأثير المنتج على البيئة؟ ولا نطور المنتج بحيث يكون صديق للبيئة؟ كمان بنحدد النطاق، يعني هنتابع حياة المنتج من أول ما يتصنع لحد ما يتم التخلص منه، ولا هنركز على جزء معين من حياته بس؟ في المرحلة دي بنحط الأسس والحدود اللي هنمشي عليها. 2. جرد دورة الحياة Life Cycle Inventory - LCI المرحلة دي زي ما تقول هي عملية جمع بيانات. بنعمل فيها زي "جرد" أو "كشف حساب" لكل الموارد اللي المنتج بيستخدمها. بنحسب الطاقة، المياه، المواد الخام، والانبعاثات اللي بتطلع من العمليات المختلفة في حياة المنتج. الهدف هنا إننا نجمع كل الأرقام اللي بتعبر عن تأثير المنتج بشكل دقيق. 3. تقييم تأثير دورة الحياة Life Cycle Impact Assessment - LCIA بعد ما جمعنا البيانات في المرحلة اللي فاتت، بنبدأ هنا نحسب تأثير الأرقام دي على البيئة. بنشوف الحاجات اللي جمعناها في جرد الموارد وتأثيرها على حاجات زي الاحتباس الحراري، تلوث الهواء، وتلوث المياه، مثلا قد إيه كمية الكربون اللي طلعت هتأثر على تغير المناخ؟ المرحلة دي بتخلينا نفهم إزاي المنتج بيأثر بشكل فعلي على البيئة. 4. تفسير دورة الحياة Life Cycle Interpretation في المرحلة الأخيرة دي، بنجمع كل المعلومات اللي طلعت من المراحل اللي فاتت ونحللها. بنشوف إيه النتائج اللي وصلنا لها وناخد منها استنتاجات. كمان بنستخدم النتائج عشان نحدد إيه الحاجات اللي ممكن نطورها في المنتج أو في عملية تصنيعه عشان نقلل التأثير البيئي. الفكرة هنا إننا نطلع بخطة أو توصيات لتحسين المنتج وتقليل الضرر اللي بيسببه للبيئة فيه سؤال مهم هو إحنا بنقارن بين عمليات أو منتجات مختلفة عشان نشوف مين فيهم أحسن للبيئة؟ ولا بنحاول نحسن أو نقيم عملية واحدة بس؟ الحالتين 😁 فيه طريقتين مشهورين لتحديد التأثير البيئي باستخدام تقييم دورة الحياة (LCA): التحليل المقارن التحليل المقارن معناه إنك تقارن التأثير البيئي لمنتجات أو عمليات مختلفة بتستخدم في نفس الحاجة. يعني مثلًا، ممكن نقارن بين الزجاج والألومنيوم عشان نعرف أي واحد فيهم ليه تأثير أكبر على البيئة. الهدف من التحليل المقارن هو إنك تعرف أي اختيار يكون أكتر صداقة للبيئة. في كتير من الأحيان، مفيش اختيار بيكون الأفضل بشكل مطلق، لكن التحليل ده بيوضح الفرق الكمي بين الاختيارات المختلفة، وبيساعدنا نفهم المقايضات اللي بنعملها لما نختار بين حاجتين تحليل النقاط الساخنة لو كنا هنركز على عملية واحدة، بنستخدم لتحليل النقاط الساخنة. التحليل ده بيركز على إنه يحدد المراحل في حياة المنتج اللي ليها أكبر تأثير على البيئة، ونسميها "النقاط الساخنة". بعد كده نقدر نشتغل على تحسين المراحل دي. مثلًا في إنتاج اللبن، النقطة الساخنة غالبًا بتكون التخمر داخل البقرة اللي بينتج غاز الميثان اللي ليه تأثير كبير على الاحتباس الحراري وبالتالي، نقدر نحسن العلف اللي بتاكله البقرة عشان نقلل التأثير ده #الاستدامة #LCA

Most nation’s climate plans (NDCs – Nationally Determined Contributions) and policies are overlooking something extremely big: the mitigation and adaptation potential of the built environment. That’s why we’re currently developing an NDC Scorecard for Sustainable Buildings to support and encourage every country to #BeBoldOnBuildings in their NDC submissions, due next year.   The Scorecard tool will allow all policymakers, Green Building Councils and others to assess and compare their countries’ NDCs, and reveal where further action is necessary to increase the ambition and effectiveness of their NDCs and national policies so they are putting the sector on a trajectory for 1.5ºC.   WorldGBC is co-developing the tool with our network, including Green Building Council Brasil, Consejo Colombiano de Construcción Sostenible (CCCS), Egypt Green Building Council (Egypt GBC), Green Building Council Nigeria and Philippine Green Building Council, alongside local stakeholders including governments, to bolster local action that delivers on global priorities. As we begin #BuildingToCOP29, it is absolutely critical that the next batch of #NDCs accelerates the transition and closes the gap to 1.5°C to deliver on the goals of the #ParisAgreement.
