24امین نمایشگاه بینالمللی صنعت برق دیروز در حالی به پایان رسید که تیم لیان الکتریک ویرا سبدی کاملتر از همیشه محصولات تولیدی و وارداتی خود را به بازدیدکنندگان گرامی معرفی کرد. در این دوره از نمایشگاه، ما برای اولین بار از سافتاستارتر تولیدی خود و مدل جدید درایوهای لیان سری LEV550 رونمایی کردیم و از زبان فارسی و قابلیت ماکروهای انتخاب سریع روی محصولات نیز پردهبرداری نمودیم. علاوه بر این، قابلیتها و امکانات برندهای تحت نمایندگی لیان الکتریک ویرا در ایران معرفی شدند تا مشتریان با هر سطح نیازمندی فنی و اقتصادی، راه حلی بهینه از ما دریافت کنند.  در پایان، از تمامی شما عزیزان که با بازدید از غرفه لیان الکتریک ویرا موجب افتخار ما شدید سپاسگزاریم و از تیم مهندسی و فروش شرکت که طی برگزاری نمایشگاه تمامی تلاش خود را برای ارائه هرچه بهتر محصولات بکار بستند، تشکر میکنیم. The 24th Iran international electricity exhibition finished yesterday. Lian Electric Vira participated in this event presenting its latest R&D developments, locally produced VFD and Softstarter, and also introducing a couple of foreign brands which are provided and supported by us in Iran. We had the privilege to host many customers from governmental and private sections, and we are confident of a greater market share in the future considering our comprehensive product portfolio.  We are proud of our combined sales and technical team who were present at the exhibition and did their best in promoting our products, and finally thank everyone who made us proud by visiting our booth.

The 24th Iran International Electricity Exhibition will be held on October 24-27, 2024 in Tehran. This annual exhibition will be a great opportunity to meet industry leaders and their latest developments. Designing high-power low voltage Variable #Frequency_Drive panels is one of our strengths at Lian Electric Vira Co. In power requirements above 500kW on 400V, the power is usually delivered through several parallel modules working in a master/salve configuration. In such scenarios, appropriate input and output filtering is necessary to guarantee safe operation of both the motor and #VFD and also minimize power quality issues at the input grid. Therefore, when designing and manufacturing such panels, we take related codes such as #IEEE519 into consideration to provide a standard product to the customers.

One of the key features of our #Variable_frequency_drives is a removable keypad which provides significant options to the user including: 1-The keypads have internal memory which can keep up to 4 parameter groups 2-The parameters can be easily copied between several #VFDs 3-The display is graphic so that it can display graphs and shapes, and parameters are written in alphabetical words resulting in an easy human interface 4-The keypad is connected to the drive using a simple RJ45 cable supporting up to 25 meters 5-A simple Auto/Hand function is considered to easily alternate command source between terminals and local #keypad These features will lead to a better user experience and facilitates drive operation.

We are hiring for an Electrical Engineer position! About the role We are looking for a creative engineer to join our R&D team. Using your electrical and electronics knowledge, you will become a technical expert in and work towards innovating our Variable Frequency Drives. You should have sound technical knowledge and be someone who finds working for a company manufacturing high-end VFDs exciting. This is not an average (boring) corporate job where you will do "cookie-cutter electrical designs." Working for us, you will be interested and challenged; every day will be different, and your ideas will be transformed into industry-leading automation products.   Duties/responsibilities : Analysis of available electric boards Designing new PCBs Developing ideas on VFD control methods FW programming of DSPs, processors, and ICs Documenting and reporting guidelines and how-tos Required Skills : Electrical Engineering degree. Post-graduate studies in Power Electronics or Electrical Machines are preferred. Experience of designing Rectifiers, Inverters or VFDs. DSP or other processors programming. High temperatures are the number one cause of failure in any equipment containing semiconductors. Considering that VFDs use #IGBTs to conduct high-ampere currents, we provide definitive guide to the customers including the CFM airflow and type of cooling #fans they should use on their panels. We also insist on respecting the required air spaces on the sides of the VFD, emphasizing on a minimum 20cm space on the bottom and top of the drive to ensure good flow of air. This way we make sure that our products will have optimum operating conditions which will finally benefit the end user. 

Panel design and manufacturing is part of the job we do at Lian Electric Vira Co.
