As part of the PEDC (Pasargad Energy Development Company) Energy Company’s Summer 1403 Internship Program (boot camp), a "Career Path Goal Setting" course was held. In this program, Mr.Javad Rostami, the Technical Deputy of PECO (Pezhvak Energy Engineering Services Co.), introduced technical-engineering careers in the #oil_industry and shared his personal experiences from various stages of his academic, #internship, professional, and managerial journey with the interns. Additionally, a "Career Path" #workshop was conducted, featuring self-assessment tests focused on individual values. در ادامه طرح #کارآموزی (بوت کمپ) تابستان ۱۴۰۳ شرکت #انرژی پاسارگاد، دوره "هدفگذاری مسیرشغلی" برگزار شد. در این برنامه آقای مهندس رستمی، معاون فنی #شرکت_خدمات_مهندسی_پژواک_انرژی، ضمن معرفی مشاغل فنی-مهندسی #صنعت_نفت، تجربههای شخصی خود رادر دورههای مختلف دانشجویی، کارآموزی، کارشناسی و مدیریتی با #کارآموزان درمیان گذاشت. همچنین #کارگاه "مسیرشغلی" با انجام تستهای خود ارزیابی ارزشهای فردی برگزار گردید.

Pasargad Energy Company, in line with fulfilling its social responsibilities and with the aim of strengthening the connection between university and industry, has organized the second specialized #internship program. On the second day of this program, Drilling technology in nontechnical language course was presented by Mr. Hossein Shorab, drilling operations manager of PECO (Pezhvak Energy Engineering Services Co.). In this course, a number of students from Sharif University, Amirkabir University, and Tehran University are participating as part of the Summer 1403 #Internship Program. شرکت انرژی پاسارگاد در راستای عمل به #مسئولیتهای_اجتماعی خود و با هدف تقویت ارتباط دانشگاه با صنعت، نسبت به برگزاری دومین دوره #کارآموزی تخصصی اقدام کرده است. در دومین روز این برنامه دوره آشنایی با صنعت حفاری توسط آقای مهندس حسین شوراب، مدیر عملیات حفاری#شرکت_پژواک_انرژی ارائه شد. در این دوره تعدادی از دانشجویان #دانشگاه_شریف، #دانشگاه_امیرکبیر و #دانشگاه_تهران در قالب طرح کارآموزی تابستان ۱۴۰۳ حضور دارند.

"SAD 😔 MAD 😖 GLAD 😊 " Challenge   At PECO (Pezhvak Energy Engineering Services Co.), we recently launched the "SAD MAD GLAD" challenge in #HRTalk meeting to explore what makes us SAD, MAD, and GLAD in #teamwork. It can help us gain an understanding of each other's perspectives. Through this initiative, we openly discussed challenges, acknowledged frustrations, and celebrated successes. We are proud of how we've come together to listen, learn, and grow. The "SAD MAD GLAD" challenge has reminded us of the power of empathy, communication, and collaboration in achieving our goals. به ما کمک میکند تا متوجه دیدگاه همدیگر در یک کار تیمی SAD, MAD,GLADچالش شویم. خواستیم تا مواردی که آنان را در طول انجام کارHRTALKما از همکاران حاضر در جلسه تیمی، ناراحت، عصبانی و خوشحال میکند با ما در میان بگذارند. نتایج این چالش با محوریت گفتگو برای بهبود کار تیمی، ارزشمند و الهام بخش است. نمادی از قدرت همدلی، ارتباط و همکاری برای رسیدن به SAD, MAD,GLADچالش اهدافمان است.

At Pezhvak Energy, we have friendly and sincere chats called HR Talk. In these meetings, we try to discuss various organizational topics together. This time, our discussion topic was "teamwork," one of the company's core values. In this session, Mr. Khajavi, the company's CEO, highlighted the benefits of teamwork, such as providing a foundation for the emergence of talents and creativity, facilitating the discovery of new and innovative solutions, aiding in the personal and professional development of each individual, and ultimately showcasing the best of each team member. He emphasized empathy and cooperation as prominent features of Pezhvak Energy's organizational culture and attributed the successful execution of the company's projects to teamwork. Following this, the experience of implementing a successful teamwork project within the company was presented and reviewed. Following the efforts of specialists and experts from Pezhvak Energy Engineering Services Company, the repair, drilling, and completion operations on Well No. 9 at the Darquin Oil Field were successfully completed. Engineer Hakimi, the Darquin Project Manager, stated that production in this well had ceased for over eight years due to the obstruction of the completion string by asphaltene and the collapse of the tubing.However, With the efforts of Pezhvak Energy's specialists and the supervision and guidance of the esteemed client team at Arvandan Oil and Gas Company, the old completion string was removed, a window was opened at an approximate depth of 3,600 meters, two bypass holes were drilled, and the well was brought into production in the Fahliyan reservoir (layer 3). With the completion of these operations, the daily production capacity of the Darquin increased by 3,000 barrels. در پی تلاشهای متخصصان و کارشناسان شرکت خدمات مهندسی پژواک انرژی، عملیات تعمیر، حفاری و تکمیل چاه شماره 9 میدان نفتی دارخوین با موفقیت به پایان رسید. مهندس حکیمی، مدیر پروژه دارخوین ضمن اعلام اتمام عملیات تعمیر و تکمیل چاه در میدان نفتی دارخوین، گفت: بیش از 8 سال از توقف تولید چاه به دلیل مسدود شدن رشته تکمیلی توسط آسفالتین و مچالیدگی لوله مغزی گذشته بود که با تلاش متخصصان شرکت پژواک انرژی و نظارت و هدایت تیممحترم کارفرمایی در شرکت نفت و گاز اروندان، عملیات خارجسازی رشته تکمیلی قدیمی، باز کردن پنجره از عمق حدودی ۳۶۰۰ متری، حفاری حفره کنار گذر (۲ حفره) و تولیدی نمودن چاه در مخزن فهلیان (لایه ۳) انجام و با اتمام عملیات فوق روزانه ۳ هزار بشکه به ظرفیت تولید میدان دارخوین اضافه گردید. ادامه خبر: yun.ir/wot389 #Pezhvakenergy #Pezhvak #Darquin #پژواک #پژواک_انرژِی #دارخوین

Emergency Drill and HP/HT Course Held at Well No.3 of the Qezel Tappeh Project Pezhvak Energy’s HSE department, in cooperation with the drilling operations department, held an emergency drill to ensure staff readiness in the face of accidents and emergencies. Hossein Shorab, Drilling Manager, and Meysam Kamali, Head of Operations, were among those present during the drill. In this course, attended by senior drilling staff, theoretical and practical training for well emergencies was provided. The well blowout simulation was implemented as the practical part of this training, in which the teams were able to control the blowout within the standard time frame and in compliance with safety principles. The drill included various steps such as emergency detection, danger notification, initial blowout control measures, and finally the complete containment of the blowout. All steps were carried out carefully and according to international standards. .مانور کنترل شرایط اضطراری در چاه شماره سه پروژه قزل تپه برگزار شد شرکت خدمات مهندسی پژواک انرژی، مانوری با هدف جلوگیری از حوادث غیرقابل پیشبینی و افزایش آمادگی کارکنان برای مواجهه با شرایط اضطراری، به همت واحد HSE و عملیات حفاری شرکت خدمات مهندسی پژواک انرژی و با حضور مهندس حسین شوراب، مدیر عملیات حفاری پژواک انرژی و مهندس میثم کمالی، رئیس عملیات پروژه برگزار گردید. در این دوره آموزشی که با حضور نفرات ارشد دستگاه حفاری برگزار شد، آموزشهای نظری و عملی پیرامون مدیریت شرایط اضطراری در چاههای نفتی ارائه گردید. شبیهسازی فوران چاه به عنوان بخش عملی این دوره اجرا شد که در آن تیمها توانستند با شبیه سازی، کنترل فوران را در زمان استاندارد و با رعایت اصول ایمنی به انجام برسانند. این مانورشامل مراحل مختلفی از جمله تشخیص وضعیت اضطراری، اعلام خطر، اقدامات اولیه کنترل فوران و در نهایتا مهار کامل فوران چاه بود. تمامی مراحل با دقت و طبق استانداردهای بینالمللی انجام شد. ادامه خبر : yun.ir/arl837 #پژواک #پژواک_انرژی #قزل_تپه #عملیات_حفاری #Pezhvak #Pezhvakenergy #Sepehrjufeir #Drillingoperations

Start of drilling operations of the second well in Sepehr-Jufair oil field (EPDS-2) Drilling operations for the second well at the Sepehr-Jufair oil field officially commenced on June 4, 2024. Drilling of 4 new wells and repair and completion of the existing 3 wells are all a part of the 2nd package of EPDS for the purpose of developing Ilam reservoir.
