🦋 Al via la quinta edizione del Premio Tesi di Laurea "Ingenio al Femminile" Il Consiglio Nazionale degli Ingegneri (CNI) lancia oggi la quinta edizione del Premio Ingenio al Femminile, un’iniziativa realizzata in collaborazione con Cesop HR Consulting Company, con l’obiettivo di contribuire alla riduzione delle disparità di genere, in particolare nel mondo dell’ingegneria e delle discipline STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). Il tema scelto per questa edizione è «Intelligenza artificiale per le nuove sfide del 2050». L’AI è al centro di un vivace dibattito culturale, scientifico e politico: il suo impatto modificherà radicalmente la società, l’economia, le relazioni internazionali e perfino lo sport e l’intrattenimento. Anche il mercato del lavoro sarà rivoluzionato, con la nascita di nuove professioni e la trasformazione di competenze oggi fondamentali. Il 2050 viene individuato come uno spartiacque tra il mondo che conosciamo e un nuovo assetto sociale. "È proprio nell’era dell’intelligenza artificiale che diventa ancora più necessario mettere la persona al centro di ogni processo evolutivo dell’impresa. Oggi, oltre alla competenza tecnica, le aziende richiedono sempre più creatività, flessibilità e impegno”, afferma Maria Raffaella Caprioglio, presidente di Cesop HR Consulting Company e UMANA SPA. Anche quest’anno sono previsti cinque premi da 1.500 euro ciascuno, destinati alle vincitrici delle cinque categorie. Regenerating cities: culture, spaces and communities". Aperta dalla Vicepresidente Federzoni e dal Presidente di GBC Italia Fabrizio Capaccioli, l'iniziativa, moderata da Marco Ragusa, ha visto l'intervento di 8 associate: Artelia Italia, European Engineering, Fima Architecture Design Engineering srl, One Works, Orbyta Engineering, Politecnica, Seingim, SPERI. Le società di ingegneria e architettura assumono un ruolo cruciale per il successo dei progetti di rigenerazione urbana sia più piccoli sia di grande impatto. Mobilitano risorse tecnologiche, economiche, esperienziali sia in Italia che all'estero dove l'operatività delle società italiane è crescente e sempre più forte. Piena soddisfazione dei vertici OICE e degli associati per il posizionamento sviluppato grazie anche al dialogo, tra gli altri, con il Sottosegretario MEF Lucia Albano, il console d'Italia a Nizza Emilio Lolli, il direttore ICE Parigi Luigi Ferrelli.
