As we bring #HispanicHeritageMonth to a close in our US facilities, we reflect on the vibrant energy and inspiring contributions of the LatinX community, captured through this year’s theme: "Pioneers of Change: Shaping the Future Together". From September 15th to October 15th, our #ERG #Alleanza honored the spirit of innovation, unity, and resilience that defines Hispanic culture. Culinary inspiration took center stage: we began with a Si-Med lunch, whereas delicious treats like Churros Y Chocolate sweetened our afternoons. During a memorable coffee brewing event, we also deepened our connection to Latin coffee traditions, thanks to the inspiring stories shared by family business owners about their production journeys.
