Nelle scorse settimane si è conclusa con successo, presso CoMeAr e BSP, la seconda academy organizzata in collaborazione con Manpower per la formazione di nuovi operatori CNC. I ragazzi che hanno preso parte al corso hanno potuto frequentare lezioni incentrate su materie tecniche, approfondito tematiche come il team work e lavorato sul potenziamento delle loro soft skills. Al termine dell'academy circa il 70% dei partecipanti è entrato a far parte del nostro team. Dopo il grande successo dello scorso anno, la Co.Me.Ar. ha deciso di ospitare 13 giovani per un corso intensivo di formazione per il ruolo di operatore CNC. Investire nella formazione dei giovani è il capitale più prezioso per l'innovazione e la crescita aziendale. On Monday, April 8th, 2024, in collaboration with Manpower, the second edition of the Co.Me.Ar. Academy will begin! Following last year's great success, Co.Me.Ar. has decided to host 13 young participants for an intensive training course for the CNC operator role.
