Calvi Brambilla and Partners

Calvi Brambilla is a multidisciplinary firm founded by Fabio Calvi and Paolo Brambilla that combines architecture, interior design and product design. Fabio Calvi and Paolo Brambilla have worked together since 2006, concentrating their activity on interiors, exhibition and product design. Following the example of the great masters of Italian design, they work at different scales, giving life to projects permeated by a subtle irony although based on solid functionality. In a creative panorama in which trends lead to uniformity of aesthetic sense, the personality of the Calvi Brambilla studio always expresses itself surprisingly, placing the storytelling at the base of any project. The studio received several awards, including: the Interni Cassina LC50 prize in 2015; The Good Design Award in 2017 and 2019; The German Design Award in 2019 and 2020 and the Salone del Mobile Milano Award for the Flos stand at Euroluce 2017. Among the studio's clients, many excellences of Italian design stand out, including: Alcantara, Antonio Lupi, Barovier & Toso, B&B, Cassina, Ceccotti Collezioni, Desalto, Elica, Flos, Fontana Arte, Foscarini, Olivari, Pedrali, Poltrona Frau, Tecno , Varaschin, Zanotta. Fabio Calvi and Paolo Brambilla were design curators at Flos for four years, dealing with the selection and development of products. They are currently artistic directors of the Dooor and Zanotta brands. Calvi Brambilla and Partners was founded in 2023, which includes Marisa Rotolo, engineer, and Maurizio Diraco, interior designer.
