Wind Labyrinth by Piero Lissoni for Sanlorenzo Yacht at #FuoriSalone 2025. For the Interni CRE Action, Sanlorenzo presents "Wind Labyrinth", an installation designed by Piero Lissoni to celebrate the entry of Nautor Swan Global Service into the Sanlorenzo Group. Set within the Cortile del Settecento at the University of Milan, the installation is a labyrinth composed of sails, mainsails, and jibs, repurposed through an upcycling process. Suspended in a delicate balance of lightness and structure, these elements evoke the ever-changing movement of the sea. "We've created a labyrinth made of sails because, in the end, even though the sea has no visible obstacles, it feels like a vast labyrinth. Executive Headquarters of Banca Ifis, Rome. Just a short walk from Piazza del Popolo in the very heart of Rome and flanked by the river Tiber and Villa Borghese, this neo-renaissance building dating from the 1920s formed the subject of this intervention. The project involved the renovation of the exterior and the interior with the intention of it becoming the new Executive Headquarters of Banca Ifis. The studio was selected after winning a competition organized by the client and which regarded the preliminary concept. The headquarters have been conceived not simply as a workplace, but also as a welcoming and almost domestic space where multifunctional lounge areas have been inserted, in addition to offices, to include a light-filled orangery, a professional kitchen, a room for convivial dining and an area for relaxation on the top floor terrace. #ongoing | ARC South Bank Resort and Marina The architecture draws inspiration from the surrounding archipelago and the natural elements historically used in Turks and Caicos architecture. Arc’s cascading, stepped design creates large overhangs that offer shaded outside spaces and a seamless transition from indoor to outdoor living, maximizing the functionality of the gardens, pools and al fresco living areas. Thanks to an exclusive agreement signed with Siemens Energy, Sanlorenzo Yacht 50Steel is the world’s first superyacht to use a green methanol Reformer Fuel Cell system for generating electricity. In addition, 50Steel introduces a remarkable novelty in terms of interior design. The vessel is arranged over five offset decks, creating spaces with particularly airy volumes that connect to the outside while minimizing partitions and barriers. This new and disruptive internal architecture is, however, imperceptible from the external profile, which maintains a clean and essential line. “I think the 50Steel is the most creative boat I’ve ever worked on. It’s creative because it uses hydrogen to power all the lighting and air conditioning systems. It’s creative because it no longer has decks, but rather areas that have been designed as true architectures, so with large spaces that dialogue with each other. It’s creative because, when open, there's a barrier-free beach club extending for over 135 square meters.
