Over the course of these exclusive events, we had the pleasure of hosting travel agents, wedding planners, MICE accounts, press, and esteemed clients, offering them a taste of the exceptional European Rosewood experience. Each property contributed something unique, and we were honored to present our two Michelin-starred team, led by Chef Matteo Temperini, alongside our exquisite selection of wines. Guests also savored two signature dishes: Risotto and Spaghetti, that truly left a lasting impression. A heartfelt thank you to all who joined us for this extraordinary event. We look forward to many more exceptional collaborations in the future.

International Women's Day Recap - March 8, 2025 Our team had the pleasure of hosting a memorable day for International Women's Day, focused on self-care, energy healing, and fostering kindness toward ourselves and others. We kicked off the event with a book presentation of "Self Love" by Marianna Alicino, followed by a workshop on the importance of nurturing our vital energy ("KI"), and techniques in listening, breathing, and practicing self-kindness through writing. In the afternoon, we offered relaxation practices led by our expert team at Cdb SPA: self-massage for hands and self-massage for feet, all designed to help participants recharge and feel balanced. A big thank you to all those who participated and made the day special. We also encouraged women to invite men to join the practices, supporting gender equity in every activity and the IWD initiative #AccelerateAction. The day concluded with a delightful buffet and a special gift for all attendees. We are already looking forward to next year’s celebration!

The strategic leadership meeting took place at the beautiful estate of Argiano, where each department presented its key innovations, strategies, challenges, and objectives for the upcoming year. The purpose was to foster a sense of community and collective ownership, ensuring that every department understood its role within a larger, interconnected framework. The meeting emphasized the importance of teamwork and collaboration, with the goal of aligning efforts across the organization to drive shared success and growth.
