🌟 What an incredible experience at DPW! 🌟 We had two full days (plus the DAY 0 at HICX side event - always a Top Event with great insights) packed with connections, conversations, and insights with delegates, ProcureTech enthusiasts, and colleagues from around the globe. From outstanding speeches and keynotes to unforgettable pre and after parties, DPW truly brought the best of the best together! The highlight? A fantastic "Lunch&Learn" session with the The Coca-Cola Company System! It was a pleasure to exchange ideas and explore procurement innovation further. One week after DPW, the energy from the event is still buzzing! 🌊🚀 The wealth of insights, thought-provoking discussions, and new connections reaffirmed my belief: DPW is where the future of procurement is being shaped. What really stood out? The genuine curiosity from delegates, eager to explore how solution providers can become partners, not just suppliers. The stages were alive with ideas, and the collective drive in our community confirmed it—we're heading in the right direction. It's time for procurement to step into the spotlight and take its well-deserved place within organizations. 💡🎯 A common thread across the talks was data quality and the Data Foundation (huge shoutout to Dr. Elouise Epstein 🏳️⚧️!!!) as the bedrock of success. But here’s the thing—while many emphasized "getting clean," the real challenge is "staying clean." This is where HICX’s Supplier Experience caught my attention: we need tools that stop data pollution at its source, and AI can play a big role here! ( e.g. Creactives SpA 😎 ) Lastly, a massive thank you to Matthias Gutzmann, the visionary behind this incredible event, and the team ( Herman Knevel Junior Brinkers Martijn Vrijken and all the people is working hard to get this great success). Back in 2019, one of my first tasks was to draft a marketing plan and identify the key events for the upcoming months. After just one conversation with Matthias Gutzmann, I knew this event had something special—something that set it apart from the rest of the industry. What continues to amaze me, year after year, is how DPW not only stays relevant but keeps evolving. It's constantly refreshing, always pushing boundaries, and setting new standards for innovation and excitement. As I get ready to head to beautiful Amsterdam, I’m looking forward to reconnecting with old friends, meeting new colleagues from the ever-evolving world of ProcureTech, and engaging with both present and future customers (visit us at booth #11 - Hall 2). PS: Of course, Matthias and I have kept up a tradition each year—taking a photo together! It's something we can’t skip anymore, and I can't wait to continue that tradition this year, too.
