Embracing agility through Adaptability at DAB Agile Day – 3rd Edition! This week, Product Owners, Board Owners, and some team members involved directly in our company projects gathered at the SMACT Competence Center in Padua for a day of idea sharing, meetings, and workshops. These moments are key to strengthening and creating internal work communities at DAB, bringing together people from different backgrounds to foster cross-functional collaboration and growth through knowledge sharing. DAB Learning Week has officially come to a close. The partnership between DAB Pumps and CUOA Business School continues to thrive. We were pleased to welcome international students from South America and Armenia, who are attending the Master in Operations Logistics & Lean Management, to our headquarters in Mestrino. This course, a collaboration between CUOA Business School and IBS - International Business School Americas, aims to connect students with the corporate world. Accompanied by tutor Marco Duò, JobCareer Center & Communities representative at CUOA Business School, the students had the chance to discover DAB Pumps up close. The DAB Arena On Tour has just concluded! This incredible series of events was designed to connect us with the community of DAB Pumps installers. After the amazing success of the first stop at San Siro Stadium in Milan, the tour continued to Bluenergy Stadium in Udine and concluded at Viola Park in Florence. Attendees experienced a blend of training and fun through energetic activities, as live product demos, challenges, and games. Sports vibes were not lacking: participants delved into football history, exploring stadium and exclusive areas usually reserved for players. These events provided the perfect opportunity to explore the world of DAB Pumps having a great time.
