Our identity
The Davines Group is a B Corp and benefit corporation, specialized in professional cosmetics, led by Chairman Davide Bollati and CEO Anthony Molet. Based in Parma at the Davines Group Village, has almost 900 employees worldwide and operates in 90 countries, with 8 branches. In 2023 Davines Group celebrates its 40th anniversary with a year of double digit growth. Our purpose is: "Do our best for the world, creating good life for all, through beauty, ethics and sustainability".

The Group operates in the international beauty market through Davines, dedicated to hair care professionals and born from the idea of sustainable beauty; and [ comfort zone ], the professional skincare line focused on [ conscious skin science ]. All formulas are developed and produced at the Davines Group Village in Parma. The brands specialize in highly sustainable products formulated with artisanal methods and manufactured according to the most advanced cosmetic research and techniques.
