📍 Last week, around 50 guests from Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Iceland were invited to Copenhagen for an exciting three-day Davines Sales Academy event, filled with insights, inspiration and shared moments. 🌱 After a day of trainings and workshops, on the second day, the team was joined by Davines Group CEO Anthony Molet. Together they dedicated time to exploring #Davines' commitment to regenerative organic agriculture, understanding how these practices align with our values and our aim to give beauty a deeper purpose. 🌾At Søagergård Regenerativt Jordbrug (Regenerative Farm), a small-scale regenerative farm, the group was introduced to the basic principles of regenerative farming and participated in different interactive sessions involving animals, plants and the soil. 🍴 A delicious lunch prepared with fresh farm produce was then served to the guests, surrounded by nature. 'Principles are higher than techniques, when properly thought out they produce techniques instantly. The most important principle I hold is that the hair knows what it is doing much more than we ever will.' 🎨 Creating a way of working which is totally in-tune with the hair and the person: this is the rule that guides #Davines Hair Art Director Tom Connell in his work.  'When approaching a head, every hairdresser should assess the person and treat them as an individual, tailoring their technique to develop their personal sense of style. Whether muted or vibrant, colours should be restrained and chic, and ready to wear haircuts should follow a free cutting approach.  ✂️ Sometimes a small change can make a huge difference to the person, so being open to contentment is essential. The colour alteration may be a small bespoke detail, but if the hairdresser has assessed the person in a holistic way, then these seemingly minor additions can be truly transformative. They contain newness and nostalgia in equal measure.' #DavinesGroup #DavinesGroupRegeneration #DavinesGroupPeople  #SustainableBeauty #HairIdentity 

💧#water is an essential resource for life, yet our oceans face constant threats from water pollution, that triggers the destruction of aquatic ecosystems and biodiversity.   At Davines Group, we're strongly committed to contributing to the preservation of oceans, and we're proud to share that #DavinesItalia has collaborated with not-for-profit organisation Sea Shepherd Italia  on the 'Tuteliamo il Mare' campaign.   ⛴️ The association has been working on documenting, mapping and removing underwater dumps across the Mediterranean Sea, where fishing nets are abandoned, causing the entanglement of fish and other marine creatures.   €25,000 of proceeds from the sale of three Davines SU products were devoted to the cleanup of the underwater dump located in Palermo, Sicily, at Isola delle Femmine. The operation saw the support of a local Diving Center. 🌊 A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed to this initiative, especially to the Davines salon community for working together to protect the beauty of our waters. 🍏 Good nutrition plays an essential role in our lives. Feeding our bodies with good and nutritious #food is essential for our wellbeing. At the same time, we are aware of the environmental responsibility we have: that's why we only use seasonal and organic ingredients, many of which come from small and local farms, in our kitchen at the #DavinesGroupVillage. We choose to avoid any artifical ingredients and GMOs, limit our consumption of meat, use fish from low-impact fisheries, and collaborate with Slow Food Presidia. 🍃 Food is an incredible source of pleasure and conviviality, let's all take it as an opportunity to get closer to each other, to our land and environment! #DavinesGroup #DavinesGroupRegeneration #DavinesGroupPeople 

📍Today, for the third stop of our #DavinesGroupVillageTour, we take you inside our Test Space.  🥼 Here a team of 5 experienced and enthusiastic people, carries out a fundamental task: carefully testing and evaluating all the #Davines formulas before products are launched on the market.  🧪 Whenever the Marketing Department comes up with an innovative idea for a new product, the R&D department immediately gets to work in our labs and starts experimenting new formulas. Once they're happy with the result, the formula is then delivered to the Test Space, where the product is examined and tested on panelists. Tests are then followed by a series of back-and-forth exchanges between the lab and the test space and multiple reformulations, until the perfect balance between high performance and #sustainability standards are reached.  🌱 This process can take months, even years in some cases, and it shows how crucial teamwork and collaboration are for our growth, while taking care of ourselves and the world we live in.  #DavinesGroup #DavinesGroupRegeneration #DavinesGroupPeople #DavinesGoodLifeForAll #BCorp

As a #BCorp, our goal at the Davines Group is always to drive change, creating awareness on environmental issues and inspiring everyone to live more sustainably. With this goal in mind, this year, #DavinesMexico has launched two great initiatives. ♻️ Together with local NGO Banco de Tapitas A.C., special containers designed to collect plastic caps from single use bottles have been installed at the Davines México offices and at distributor's offices. This can reduce plastic waste and support local communities, as caps are then sold as raw materials and profits are donated to support cancer patients in need. 🌾 For their second inspiring initiative, our Mexican offices and local distributors have collaborated with fellow B Corp BUNA to create small kits including Davines products, as well as a jar of honey and a chocolate bar, to create stronger connections with local B Corps and encourage everyone to make more conscious purchasing decisions. 🌻 The #EROC fields located directly across the street from our Davines Group Village have turned into a spectacular sea of yellow, as beautiful #sunflowers have started to bloom over the past month.  ☀️ With their vibrant yellow petals, sunflowers are the ultimate emblem of happiness and joy. But it is not only due to their colour that they have always been associated with the sun: these flowers are heliotropic, meaning that they tend to position themselves towards the sun.  🌼 Sunflowers are grown across 2 hectares of the European Regenerative Organic Center and contribute to promoting #biodiversity and soil health. Their crop residues contain essential nutrients, such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, which are then returned to the soil. ✨ Beyond their vibrant blooms, sunflowers embody the core ethos of regenerative agriculture and symbolise our commitment to #sustainability and biodiversity, contributing to pave the way towards a brighter and more regenerative future. #DavinesGroup #DavinesGroupRegeneration #BCorp
