Eletech, the R&D division of the Elemaster Group, introduces the Train Wheel Slip Monitoring System, designed according to EN 50129, to address the challenges of rail transport and improve operational safety. Using advanced sensors, the system monitors wheel slip in real time in adverse conditions, enabling rapid intervention to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of passengers and staff. Featuring an advanced dual microcontroller architecture, it includes redundant digital outputs due to its dual channel architecture, analogue and digital inputs, and a dual CAN bus interface, all designed to EN 50129 SIL4 standards. To ensure safety, the system has passed rigorous tests, including HIL test benches and code coverage analysis, ensuring optimal performance under all operating conditions.
