On the 4th of February we had our Finance & Economics training led by Marco Cornetto. Thanks to this training we understood how to: 1. Turn ideas into structured strategies 2. Estimate costs, revenues, and funding needs 3. Organize a balance sheet A strong financial plan helps validate a business model, access funding, and scale impact. The challenge has been launched! On Thursday, December 5th, the kickoff event for the Enactus Italy project in collaboration with KPMG Italy took place.  The challenge involves developing innovative solutions that incorporate artificial intelligence or other forms of innovation to address the Sustainable Development Goals. The three key concepts around which the project will be built are Artificial Intelligence, Innovation, and the SDGs, with a particular focus on Sustainable Development Goal 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure. A new training with Enactus Italy unlocked! On the 10th of December we participated in our second training of the year focused on Idea Generation under the guidance of Alberto Magni, Service & Systemic Designer at SocialFare | Centro per l'Innovazione Sociale. We explored the process of transforming a problem into an impactful solution, starting with an understanding of root causes and defining a clear vision of change through an impact statement, the guiding principle of the project. The session emphasized brainstorming techniques, the importance of collaboration, and how to create a strong value proposition by understanding who we support, the needs we address, and the value we deliver. With these tools, we are ready to take the next steps to create systemic change. On the 29th of November our team, together with all the other members of the community, had the honour to participate in the first training of the upcoming season 2024/25. This opportunity was given by Social Fare, the first center for Social Innovation in Italy, born in 2013 in Turin. The topics discussed are related to social innovation, which can be defined as the development and implementation of new ideas that meet social needs. The purpose of it is to generate positive social impact and contribute to sustainable development, which are also ours. We also talked about #sustainability, #socialimpact and #economy, #community and #relationships, among others. Another important issue for us is the urban safety of our city, Milan, and this was also analysed in the hours spent together. At the end of the meeting, we were asked to summarize our own project with one word, and this showed how ready we are to start this new year by collaborating together! #Enactus #EnactusUnicatt #WeAllWin
