Ventures led a hands-on workshop on venture building & market validation as part of the “Executive Master in Open Innovation & Intellectual Property”, organized by Luiss Guido Carli University through the Luiss Business School and the Università degli Studi di Torino through the SAA - School of Management, Università di Torino. 🔙 From February 5th to 8th, Feat. Ventures had the pleasure of curating and delivering the workshop "Management and Sustainability of Cultural Projects" at OGR Torino, marking the conclusion of the Aperto training program by FONDAZIONE ARTE CRT. Throughout the seminar, we explored the relationship between cultural project development, resources, and impact, addressing strategic project management and sustainability from an economic and socio-political perspective. We delved into key topics such as fundraising, social capital networks, artists’ rights, and digital innovation, shedding light on the challenges and opportunities shaping the future of the artistic and cultural sector. 🗣️ The workshop was led by Riccardo Lazzarato, with contributions from Matteo Pessione (Fondazione CRT), Alex Turrini and Marco Luchetti (Università Bocconi), Luisa Carnelli (Fondazione Fitzcarraldo ETS), Michela Rota, Alberto Cuttica, Marta Cereda (Careof), Alessandra Donati (Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca, NABA), Luca Guidobaldi (ADVANT Nctm), Franz Rosati (IED Istituto Europeo di Design), Daniela Cotimbo (Re:humanism), Pietro Valfrè (What About You), alessandro bianchi (Pirelli HangarBicocca, Teatro Stabile di Torino), Samuele Piazza (OGR Torino), and Nicola Ricciardi (miart, NABA). Last week, we had the opportunity to attend the Nova Connect | Genova Meetup, where industry leaders and entrepreneurs came together to discuss the latest challenges and opportunities shaping the future of logistics and transport. We were excited to share one of our ideas for tackling inefficiencies in port logistics and engage in insightful conversations on innovation, sustainability, and digital transformation in the sector. It was a great chance to connect with industry experts, innovators, and decision-makers, exchanging ideas on how technology can drive efficiency and create new opportunities in supply chain and port operations.
