Make It Happen è un'iniziativa europea che coinvolge 9 partner di 6 Paesi (Francia, Spagna, Italia, Germania, Portogallo e Belgio) e ha l'obiettivo di promuovere mobilità inclusive per studenti con diverse abilità nel settore della formazione professionale (VET). Il progetto sostiene: ✔️ Operatori di mobilità nell'estensione delle loro azioni agli studenti VET con diverse abilità; ✔️ Organizzazioni VET e educative a dare opportunità Erasmus+ ai loro studenti con diverse abilità. Grazie a una partnership solida e specializzata, il progetto lavora per costruire una metodologia inclusiva che rafforzi le competenze del personale e sviluppi strumenti per coinvolgere nuove organizzazioni e aziende. Nata nel 2009 dall’omonima associazione, FORTES è una società di servizi e un centro di risorse che opera in rete con istituzioni scolastiche, enti di formazione e altre realtà pubbliche e private di tutta Europa per realizzare interventi in ambito educativo e di sviluppo professionale basati sulla mobilità transnazionale. Vivace realtà non profit (dal 2013 è Impresa Sociale), FORTES conta su di uno staff giovane e preparato per offrire servizi di progettazione, consulenza ed affiancamento ad enti pubblici e privati che vogliano accedere a finanziamenti comunitari o a livello locale. Il carattere distintivo di tali servizi sta nell’attenzione alle istanze individuali: tutti i partecipanti sono per FORTES “protagonisti” e non “utenti”. FORTES Impresa Sociale was established in 2009 as a not-for-profit services company. It works to build networks with schools, training bodies and other public and private organisations from all over Europe, helping to perform actions in the spheres of education and professional growth, centring on transnational mobility.

Yesterday my Erasmus Plus Internship in Portugal came to an end: looking back until now I have no words to express my gratitude to all the people I’ve met and to all the places I’ve discovered along the way. I am extremely thankful to my Internship Tutor David Ferreira, to the Heads Susana Ferreira and Carlos Miguel Ferreira, and also to my colleague and dear friend Pedro Carvalho for teaching me and supporting me day-by-day steadily. Heartfelt thanks to Diverembal, Lda. for guesting me and allowing me to join their team and grow both professionally and personally. It has been a pleasure to be part of such an extraordinary family that always involved me making me feel at home. Exciting News from Portugal! 💥 The MIH project is expanding its reach across Europe! 🌈 Another successful mobility experience in Vagos, Portugal, hosted by our partner Centro Qualifica da EPADRV, was made possible through their outstanding cooperation and organization! Three students from Italy selected by FORTES Impresa Sociale Srl from the I.I.S. Almerico Da Schio, embarked on a rewarding journey to Portugal. This immersive experience included engaging professional activities, thrilling recreational adventures, socialization, and exploration of the surroundings. These unforgettable days left a lasting impact on everyone involved - from the students who discovered a new world, to the professors who witnessed their growth, and the host partners who shared in the joy and satisfaction of all. We are thrilled to announce that the Make It Happen project has officially MADE IT REAL! 🌈 The first group has successfully completed their mobility, marking a significant moment in the project. The five participants selected by our partner Associació Alba have arrived in Lisbon, ready to dive into all the enriching activities organized by our Portuguese partner, EUROYOUTH Portugal. From exploring the vibrant streets of Lisbon to immersing themselves in the local culture, our participants have embraced every moment with open arms. During their stay in Lisbon, the five participants had the opportunity to practice, improve, and explore their areas of expertise in a new context, testing themselves with new challenges! 🌿 Their dedication and passion really shone through, enriching their experiences and those of those they met along the way. 🚀 The new year has brought with it a new exciting stage to our project! 📆 From the 16th to the 18th of January Torino has been the stage of our activities ENGIM Piemonte. The 8 partners along with 21 educators and experts met to attend the second training for the upcoming spring mobilities! 👨💻 In the training, a variety of topics necessary for enhancing mobility were addressed. Topics such as how to build an effective partnership for mobility program, strategies to overcome barriers, and tool to implement when it come to inclusive mobilities for learners with disabilites. 💪 Few steps more and our team will be ready to make everything real, to Make it happen!
