On September 26, the event “Negotiation: men and women compared” was held at the GEWISS Experience Center, organized in collaboration with the WAW Network team. When we get involved in a lighting project, our goal is always the same: to highlight quality. That's why we are proud to share our experience with Performance iN Lighting | Powered by Gewiss alongside Anker Rotterdam in rethinking the lighting system for the Louwman Museum in The Hague. A space that houses a private collection of cars, representing the luxury segment of the Louwman Group. This summer, I had the pleasure of visiting our Gewiss Experience Centre during several workshops, part of our ongoing Gewiss Sustainability Journey. These events, held in Cenate Sotto (Bergamo, Italy), Penafiel (Porto, Portugal), and Colognola ai Colli (Verona, Italy), offered a fantastic opportunity for both personal and professional growth. They allowed us to dive deep into important themes such as #diversity, #inclusion, and responsible #innovation. In the upcoming months, additional workshops will be hosted at other sites, complementing the extensive series of online courses available to all Gewiss Group employees. Our journey toward sustainability revolves around the 3 Ps: People, Processes and Products . It's a dynamic and collective effort. From promoting well-being and inclusivity to fostering sustainable product development and operational processes—like circular economy and waste reduction—these initiatives are pivotal in shaping the future of our industry and making a positive impact in our global communities. It is a lab dedicated to our resources, helping them develop technical/commercial/business skills through an integrated and structured training offer made of the right balanced mix of digital and experiential training formats according to role requirements.
