GIGLIO.COM presents the half-year financial results for 2024, confirming its path to profitability. Despite the challenging exogenous context, the net result has improved compared to the first semester of 2023. "Despite the critical macroeconomic environment and the weak demand that has put the entire sector to the test, this semester the Company has further demonstrated its solidity. We reacted with the prudence and responsibility necessary to confirm the path to a fast break-even. We plan to intensify this path in the second half of the year while continuing to work on the growth of business volumes also through the launch of innovative projects" commented Giuseppe Giglio, CEO and Chairman.

We're pleased to share our full-year results for 2023, which, despite the difficult market environment, confirm a solid growth for the entire Company. With revenues exceeding 56 million euros (+10% compared to 2022 and +48% vs. 2021) and the return to positive Adjusted EBITDA during the second half of the year, GIGLIO.COM consolidated its path of growth and return to profitability already undertaken in the last past years. "2023 was shaper by a sudden and unexpected normalization of luxury demand, especially for the online channel, which put an entire industry to the test, confirming, on the other hand, the resilience of GIGLIO.COM's unique business model. The double-digit growth rates as well as a further improved profitability now close to break-even, confirm and strengthen our medium to long term ambitions", commented Giuseppe Giglio, Chairman and CEO of GIGLIO.COM.
