Trust us, there is truly nothing we can not transport! 🚚🎯 Our Ostrava team successfully completed the transport of four industrial hoods from Prague, Czech Republic, to Bratislava, Slovakia. The four pieces were carefully loaded onto two convoys and the entire transport operation spanned 15 days. The team had to face a significant challenge due to the compromised passability caused by the collapse of the #Dresden bridge over the #Elbe River that made necessary a redirection of the transport route through the port of #Bratislava where the hoods were eventually loaded onto the river barge. The transport then continued by river, navigating the #Danube, Main, and Rhine rivers to reach the port of #Duisburg Schwelgern where the cargo was transferred to different equipment for the final leg of the journey to its destination within the ThyssenKrupp facility. Ready for the new era of digital transport: proud to announce the relaunch of the platform Gruber Beyond MyDesk, the platform made to make our customers and suppliers’ life easier with! “With the new version of Gruber Beyond MyDesk, we are not only optimizing the user experience but also creating an even more stable and secure platform” says Guenther Erb, Executive Director Information Technology at Gruber Logistics. To date, around 2.6 million shipment details have been already retrieved via the portal. What our clients can do: ✅track the location of their shipments ✅download proof of delivery and tax documents ✅upload orders in Excel format via the warehouse management system What our suppliers can do: ✅access the orders placed ✅upload transport documents and invoices ✅set up pickup and delivery dates and thereby increasing data transparency for the customer.
