Can you refuse to fulfill your users' GDPR requests? 🤔 Short answer: Yes, but only in specific cases. #GDPR grants users – among others – the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data, but you can refuse their request if: • The request is manifestly unfounded or excessive  • It's technically impossible to fulfill  • There's a legal requirement to keep the data  • The request infringes on the rights of others Refusing isn’t something to take lightly — you should be 100% sure you’re allowed to do it. Moreover, if you refuse a request, you should always inform the user within one month. To help you manage your users’ requests, we’ve just launched our new Data Subject Rights Management Tool.
