Visione chiara: «Il modello tradizionale italiano, in cui tutti i dipendenti devono essere presenti in ufficio dalle 9 alle 18 ogni giorno, è paternalista e superato, ed è subottimale per qualsiasi azienda come la nostra, che valorizza la performance più dell’osservanza di regole arbitrarie». È quello che mi racconta sul Messaggero Luca Ferrari, CEO e co-fondatore di Bending Spoons, ingegnere padovano, classe 1985. Nell’azienda tecnologica basata a Milano, infatti, dal 2013 c’è la libertà di fare smart working: «Si può lavorare quando si vuole, dove si vuole e, in linea di massima, come si vuole», ha spiegato anche a Matteo Novarini su Forbes.
