Today we meet Silvia Bonsignore. ➖ Please tell us about your role in MAGROUP Magnaghi Aerospace ✔ I joined MAGROUP just over two years ago and I work in the #Procurement department. I am a Buyer and my main task is to manage the company's procurement through the purchasing activities of goods and services by receiving purchase requests as input and processing them by issuing purchase orders through the SAP management system. In particular, the management relating to requests for: raw materials - various materials; finished goods purchased; external processing and provision of services. Carrying out scouting to find the most competitive price on the market by negotiating the terms of purchase and supply conditions with suppliers.   ➖ What do you like about working for the company? ✔ What is certainly #stimulating is managing commercial relationships with national and foreign suppliers; conducting commercial #negotiations. Collaborating and interacting with other company entities to support and provide the best contribution as a Buyer. Furthermore, carrying out Scouting activities for continuous improvement and ensuring that materials and components meet the high standards of the industry is a rewarding aspect of this role.   ➖ If you had to talk to a young person, what positive aspect would you emphasize to convince them to choose MAGROUP? ✔ Based on my experience, I would recommend MAGROUP to a young person like me for the #strong #commitment and attention it places on innovation and sustainability. For 37 years, MAGROUP Tecnickrome has specialized in surface treatments for landing gear components. Staying committed to its mission, the company serves aerospace OEM manufacturers and their supply chains by offering an integrated service of special processes. I joined the Tecnickrome family 15 years ago. - Je dirige la fonction Qualité et les services techniques chez MAGROUP Tecnickrome à Montréal, Québec. Depuis 37 ans, MAGROUP Tecnickrome se spécialise dans les traitements de surface des composants de trains d'atterrissage. Fidèle à sa mission, l'entreprise sert les maîtres d'œuvre du secteur aéronautique ainsi que leurs chaînes d'approvisionnement en offrant un service intégré de procédés spéciaux.
