MAIRE Youth Camp is officially live! 🙌 Young apprentices of the Group are kicking off a new exciting, dedicated program, embarking on experiences that will shape their future careers. They’ll dive into top-tier training, from Soft Skills and Project Management courses at POLIMI Graduate School of Management to hands-on Economics & Finance sessions. But that's just the beginning. They will also gain invaluable insight through multidisciplinary experiences, international exchanges at our global sites, and inspiring collaborations with peers from our Indian branch. Challenging contradictions took center stage at the 12th edition of Il Salone della CSR e dell'innovazione sociale Our very own Ilaria Catastini and Valentina Grieco led the conversation in two insightful panels at the event, held from October 9th to 11th at Bocconi University in Milan, where their expertise and passion for driving meaningful change truly shone through. The debate unfolded from two key angles: the evolving landscape of work and territories in transition. From the perspective of Fondazione MAIRE and MAIRE, we highlighted initiatives driving the future of work, particularly through the education of new "humanist engineers" in the context of the #EnergyTransition, alongside CSR projects actively involving local communities - a crucial step toward a just transition. As always, the event served as a rich platform for dialogue and exchange between profit and non-profit sectors, all united by a shared mission: creating shared social value. See you next year!

📢 We announce that NEXTCHEM (Sustainable Technology Solutions), through its subsidiary KT Tech, hydrogen technologies licensor, has been awarded by Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company (BSR) the licensing and the Process Design Package (PDP) for a new hydrogen production unit, as part of the larger upgrading and expansion project of Dung Quat Refinery in Vietnam. Welcome Kazakhstan! 🇰🇿 Yesterday at MAIRE Headquarters in Milan 📍, we had the pleasure of hosting the Kazakh delegation, led by the Minister of Trade and Integration, Arman Shakkaliyev. It was a productive day filled with insightful discussions on sustainable technological solutions, including Methanol production and Waste to Value innovations. Notably, during the Kazakhstan-Italy Forum, NEXTCHEM also signed an agreement with KazMunayGas-Aero to drive decarbonization in Kazakhstan’s industry, focusing on sustainable aviation fuel and low-carbon hydrogen. By collaborating with key stakeholders from #Kazakhstan, we’re laying the foundation for new projects that will drive the #energytransition forward. Together, we are committed to exploring innovative pathways that align with both nations' ambitions for a more sustainable energy landscape. 📢 During the Forum Kazakhstan-Italy being held in Milan from 7 to 9 October, NEXTCHEM and KazMunayGas-Aero (KMG AERO) have signed an agreement to collaborate on advancing energy transition initiatives, leveraging on NEXTCHEM’s proprietary technology portfolio and process engineering capabilities. These initiatives aim at contributing to the decarbonization and upgrade of KAZAKHSTAN’s industry and assets, in particular for the production of sustainable aviation fuel and low-carbon hydrogen through CO2 capture, as well as for the implementation of circular solutions. Within MAIRE group Initiative to foster talent development, we were honored to be invited and to have presented yesterday at the منتدى الممارسات الرائدة في مجال التوطين | Emiratisation Best Practices Forum. Organized by the United Arab Emirates Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation along with the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council (ETCCUAE), the event aims to bring awareness to private sector entities in UAE about the ways to achieve Emiratisation target and increase the numbers of Emiratis in the private sector. Our Group Development & Compensation Senior Analyst, Fabrizio Meco highlighted through a panel discussion how Tecnimont is proud of its training and development programs, which have been designed and built around the needs of the best Emirati talents.
