    Forest therapy and neuroscience at the centre of the latest appointment of the #ForestamiAcademy, the cycle of meetings organised by #PradaGroup and Forestami dedicated to citizens to discover the benefits of urban forestry. This morning, guests immersed themselves in the greenery of Ente Parco Nord Milano to re-connect with nature and then analyse its positive effects on our bodies and minds. Forests are good for our health and the benefits for the human body are many, such as reducing blood pressure and improving memory. An invitation extended to everyone therefore to spend more time in contact with trees and forests. Thanks to Francesco Becheri, Psychologist Psychotherapist and Contract Professor at the University of Florence, Elena Barbierato, PhD in Sustainable Management of Agricultural, Forestry and Food Resources at the University of Florence and Viola Benedetti, PhD in Neuroscience and Contract Professor at the University of Florence.
