Racing Force Group was one of the companies attending the UTB Career Fair 2024 organised by University of Technology Bahrain. A selection of figures from the administrative and technical operations departments represented Racing Force Group at the event, an important attractor of new skills in Bahrain. His Excellency Mr. Jameel bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan, the Minister of Labour in the Kingdom of Bahrain, honored Racing Force Group by presenting a plaque of appreciation for the company's commitment and participation in introducing students to the job market.

Racing Force announces consolidated sales figures for the 2024 first half, recording a sales increase compared to the same period of last year, particularly in the core business of motorsport safety equipment. Through the Bell Racing Helmets brand, Racing Force Group captured its first world title in the 2024 motorsport season. We congratulate Pascal Wehrlein for being the new Formula E champion.

Racing Force has successfully completed the share Capital Increase through an Accelerated Bookbuilding procedure, according to the terms resolved by the Board of Directors on June 25th, 2024. The newly issued shares have been subscribed at a price of Euro 4.43 per share, for a total value of 7.5 million Euro. In the context of the placement, Axon Partners Group Investment and Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Co. B.S.C. (C) acted as cornerstone investors. The Capital Increase is aimed at supporting the business development as well as the expansion plan of the Group, also given the strong growth recorded in the last few years. Specifically, Racing Force entered a binding commitment with Bahrain International Circuit (BIC), the company managing the motor racing circuit that hosts the Bahrain Formula 1 Grand Prix and owner of the land adjacent to the circuit, regarding the construction and lease of a new additional factory, to be built by BIC, intended for the development and production of some of the Group's products. The DHL Express main office for the Middle East and North Africa in Muharraq, Bahrain, represents a strategic logistics hub for our activities in Sakhir, including the production of Bell Racing Helmets. It was a great opportunity strengthen the ties between the two companies, as John Pearson, CEO of DHL Express, Nour Suliman, CEO of DHL Express MENA, Faysal Elhajjami, Vice President Commercial MENA, Majed Taha Bahrain, Country Manager, and Charbel El Achkar, Head of IT MENA, were updated on Racing Force Group's most recent commercial and motorsport achievements. Racing Force Group formed an extensive partnership with RGMMC GmbH, a world-leading company in organizing and promoting events in the discipline of karting. The collaboration involves Racing Force's four brands, starting with Racing Spirit, which supplies its technical apparel to the entire RGMMC staff operating on the track during over twenty race weekends per year. The OMP brand is the standard supplier of kart suits for the drivers competing in the three categories of the Champions of the Future Academy Program, an initiative launched this year to further encourage the growth of new talent and promotion in new markets, facilitating access to professional motorsport.
