4100022 Raso Gommato 3L Laser Camo: An evolution of the iconic Stone Island Raso Gommato fabric, this performance version is made from a military specification satin bonded to a breathable, water and windproof membrane, protected with a polyester mesh. After a resin bath with subsequent drying, the garment is lasered with a camouflage graphic pattern revealed by the garment dyeing technique, with a tone-on-tone effect. The work of Shaniqwa Jarvis, showing with Sow & Tailor in Frieze Los Angeles’s ‘Focus’ - supported by Stone Island.   Also known for her editorial and portrait photography, with sitters including Shane McGowan and Cardi B, Jarvis’s work is rooted in personal histories, inspired by flipping through family photo albums. ‘I am always trying to communicate,’ she says, ‘with those who guide the way for me.’   ‘It’s about beauty, it’s about death, it’s about innocence’, Jarvis says of her floral still life works, which at Frieze Los Angeles take the form of photographs, collages and fabric works.
