Realizzato dallo studio Mario Cucinella Architects, il progetto prevede la trasformazione dell’area in un nuovo polo dedicato agli studenti, una struttura destinata a servizi, con aree commerciali a disposizione dei residenti del quartiere e ampie superfici destinate a parcheggi, sia pubblici che privati. Un intervento che valorizza il tessuto urbano e risponde alle nuove esigenze dell’abitare contemporaneo. ------------- At the #RomaCapitale stand, we are presenting the urban regeneration project in Rome, located on Via del Crocifisso. Techbau S.p.A. has successfully completed the sale of a portfolio of four logistics properties, totaling 315,000 sqm, located in Alessandria, Osio Sotto (BG), Nogarole Rocca (VR), and Castelguglielmo (RO). The transaction was acquired by an affiliate of Starwood Capital Group, with Dils acting as the advisor. The properties, developed to the highest technical and sustainability standards, aim to achieve LEED Platinum and LEED Gold certifications. Despite being recently completed, the Alessandria property has already been fully leased, while the others are almost fully available for lease.
