In December, our great partners at KM ZERO Food Innovation Hub released their annual Fooduristic Food Report, which originated from a very complex and ramified year-long effort. The reflections of various people from around the World, including our very own Mario Ubiali, founder of Thimus, were part of an analysis on the key elements to the future of a more sustainable and human food system. Part of our team (we missed you Riccardo Accolla and Neola Mohapatra and Grant Harris McEwen and Federica Buongiorno) took the afternoon off the usual grind yesterday and visited the heart of historic Brescia, home to our HQ. A relaxing opportunity to share some good food and being nourished by learning more about our incredible heritage. La Vittoria Alata, the winged Victory who is a symbol of Brescia, is a graceful reminder of victory over limitations and the proud sense of indipendence a community can develop with hard-fought challenges. That is the fitting message for Thimus, from a very stimulating and ultimately successful 2024. Tons of exciting new frontiers are opening in 2025 and we’re about to recharge for a couple of weeks, getting fully ready for the coming year.
