Ukraine’s post-war reconstruction is not just about rebuilding infrastructure—it’s an opportunity to rethink and reshape cities with sustainability at their core. The Rebuild Ukrainian Cities Green session will highlight how international investors, developers, and technology leaders can engage in high-impact urban transformation while generating long-term value. These are the united efforts of the Ukrainian chapter of the international real estate federation FIABCI-Ukraine, the organizer of the urban hackathons and member of FIABCI SynchroSpace and the Lithuanian manufacturer of the bio-based materials for the construction materials of the future Modulina Straw Panels.

A key example is the winning project of the 2024 Rebuild Green Hackathon, Common Ground in Severynivka, led by Budmo.Team with Podilsk regional development agency. The project is actively supported by Modulina Straw Panels (Lithuania), a key player in bio-based construction, showcasing how their rapid-assembly, high-sustainability solutions offer a cost-effective and climate-positive alternative to traditional methods.
